The COE together with the MSB HR Department has implemented a new Human Resource Management System, based on the OrangeHRM OpenSource application, that will help to streamline and improve the efficiency of many of our Manual HR Administrative & Transactional processes. One of the major features of the system is the Employee self service (ESS) function that will enable each employee to update/maintain their "Personal Data".
